Berry smoothie with apple-flavoured cod liver oil
This refreshing berry smoothie is delicious for breakfast, lunch or a snack. Best of all, it provides your daily requirement of cod liver oil. The recipe is for one serving and is super easy to prepare.

Preparation time: 10 minutes
- 3.5 fl oz natural yoghurt
- 7 fl oz frozen berries, e.g. raspberry and blueberry
- 1.76 fl oz cold green tea
- 1 tbs honey
- 1-2 tsp Möller’s apple-flavoured Cod Liver Oil
- Topping of your choice
- Mix all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Serve in a glass or bowl.
- Sprinkle any topping you have at home, e.g. berries, shredded coconut or dark chocolate.
