Bruschetta with tomato and lemon-flavoured cod liver oil
This bruschetta recipe is perfect as an entrée or light meal. Serve it to guests or when you just want something delicious to eat. Vary the topping according to what you have in the cupboard. With fresh tomatoes and basil, this bruschetta really comes alive with the addition of Möller’s lemon-flavoured cod liver oil.

- Fresh bread
- 2 handfuls ripe tomatoes
- Fresh basil
- Sea salt
- White wine vinegar
- 2–3 tsp Möller’s lemon-flavoured Cod Liver Oil
- Cut out the stalks of the tomatoes and squeeze the seeds out gently. Chop coarsely or finely, whatever you prefer. Place in a bowl.
- Add the chopped basil, season with salt and pepper, and add the Möller’s lemon-flavoured Cod Liver Oil with the vinegar.
- Cut up fresh bread and spread the tomato mixture on the slices.
