Green nice cream with apple-flavoured cod liver oil
Try this refreshingly delicious dairy-free dessert on a hot day or have it for breakfast or a snack. It’s not called nice cream for nothing!

Preparation time: 10 minutes
- 1 large or 2 small avocado, ripe and frozen
- 0.175 fl oz coconut milk
- ½ banana, frozen
- 1–2 tbs agave syrup
- 1 tsp Möller’s apple-flavoured Cod Liver Oil
- Agave syrup
- Mix all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- Serve with granola and drizzle with a little agave syrup for extra sweetness (optional).
