Grilled Minute Steak

During pregnancy, it is particularly important to take in all the important nutrients the body needs, most of which can be obtained through healthy eating. This grilled minute steak recipe serves 2 and includes iron from the steak and iodine and calcium from the yoghurt. Also add a fresh salad of green vegetables to get some extra folate. Make sure to cook the meat well.


  • 400 g minute steak
  • 400 g mushrooms
  • 1 dl grill marinade or grill oil
  • salt and pepper


  • cooked quinoa


  • 2 dl Turkish yoghurt
  • 1-2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • salt and pepper


  • tomato
  • cucumber
  • sugar peas


  1. Place the meat and mushrooms in the marinade or oil. Thread the mushrooms onto skewers. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Mix yoghurt and garlic and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Rinse and cut the vegetables into pieces.
  4. Heat the BBQ. Grill the mushroom skewers for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  5. Grill the steak for about 1 minute on each side until the steak is cooked through.
  6. Serve the steak and mushrooms with vegetables, sauce and cooked quinoa.
