3 Smoothies with Cottage Cheese

Ingredients:

Purple smoothie:

  • 1 dl cottage cheese, light
  • 1 dl milk, low fat
  • 1 dl frozen blueberries
  • juice from ½ lime
  • 1 tbsp agave or other sweeteners
  • 1 tsp flaxseeds

Pink smoothie:

  • 1 dl cottage cheese, light
  • 1 dl milk, low fat
  • 1 dl frozen raspberries
  • juice from ½ lime
  • 1 tbsp agave or other sweeteners
  • 1 tsp flaxseeds

Green smoothie:

  • 1 dl cottage cheese, light
  • 1 dl milk, low fat
  • 1 dl frozen peas
  • juice from ½ lime
  • 1 tbsp agave or other sweeteners
  • 1 tsp flaxseeds
  • 1 cm fresh ginger
  • a small handful of spinach

Method:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a blender. Drink it right away or pour it into a container to store in the fridge. It’s a nice treat for both young and old.

Replace the lime with 1 tsp lemon flavoured Möller’s cod liver oil.
