Ingredients:
Purple smoothie:
- 1 dl cottage cheese, light
- 1 dl milk, low fat
- 1 dl frozen blueberries
- juice from ½ lime
- 1 tbsp agave or other sweeteners
- 1 tsp flaxseeds
Pink smoothie:
- 1 dl cottage cheese, light
- 1 dl milk, low fat
- 1 dl frozen raspberries
- juice from ½ lime
- 1 tbsp agave or other sweeteners
- 1 tsp flaxseeds
Green smoothie:
- 1 dl cottage cheese, light
- 1 dl milk, low fat
- 1 dl frozen peas
- juice from ½ lime
- 1 tbsp agave or other sweeteners
- 1 tsp flaxseeds
- 1 cm fresh ginger
- a small handful of spinach
Method:
- Mix all ingredients in a blender. Drink it right away or pour it into a container to store in the fridge. It’s a nice treat for both young and old.
Replace the lime with 1 tsp lemon flavoured Möller’s cod liver oil.
