Bruschetta with tomato and lemon-flavoured cod liver oil

Serves: 4



  • Cut out the stalks of the tomatoes and squeeze the seeds out gently. Chop coarsely or finely, whatever you prefer. Place in a bowl.
  • Add the chopped basil, season with salt and pepper, and add the Möller’s lemon-flavoured Cod Liver Oil with the vinegar. 
  • Cut up fresh bread and spread the tomato mixture on the slices.
