Bruschetta with tomato and lemon-flavoured cod liver oil
- Fresh bread
- 2 handfuls ripe tomatoes
- Fresh basil
- Sea salt
- White wine vinegar
- 2–3 tsp Möller’s lemon-flavoured Cod Liver Oil
- Cut out the stalks of the tomatoes and squeeze the seeds out gently. Chop coarsely or finely, whatever you prefer. Place in a bowl.
- Add the chopped basil, season with salt and pepper, and add the Möller’s lemon-flavoured Cod Liver Oil with the vinegar.
- Cut up fresh bread and spread the tomato mixture on the slices.
