Chia pudding


  • 2 dl low fat milk
  • 1 dl Greek yoghurt
  • 75 dl chia seeds
  • 5 tsp vanilla essence or vanilla powder

Topping suggestions:

  • Fruit, berries, nut butter, unsweetened muesli or nuts


  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Eat it straight away or store it in jars or containers in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
  3. Eat as is or add any topping. Preferably berries, kiwi or other vitamin C-rich citrus fruit.
