Ingredients:
- 400 g minute steak
- 400 g mushrooms
- 1 dl grill marinade or grill oil
- salt and pepper
Side:
- cooked quinoa
Sauce:
- 2 dl Turkish yoghurt
- 1-2 garlic cloves, crushed
- salt and pepper
Vegetables:
- tomato
- cucumber
- sugar peas
Method:
- Place the meat and mushrooms in the marinade or oil. Thread the mushrooms onto skewers. Season with salt and pepper.
- Mix yoghurt and garlic and season with salt and pepper.
- Rinse and cut the vegetables into pieces.
- Heat the BBQ. Grill the mushroom skewers for 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Grill the steak for about 1 minute on each side until the steak is cooked through.
- Serve the steak and mushrooms with vegetables, sauce and cooked quinoa.
