Grilled Minute Steak

Ingredients:

  • 400 g minute steak
  • 400 g mushrooms
  • 1 dl grill marinade or grill oil
  • salt and pepper

Side:

  • cooked quinoa

Sauce:

  • 2 dl Turkish yoghurt
  • 1-2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • salt and pepper

Vegetables:

  • tomato
  • cucumber
  • sugar peas

Method:

  1. Place the meat and mushrooms in the marinade or oil. Thread the mushrooms onto skewers. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Mix yoghurt and garlic and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Rinse and cut the vegetables into pieces.
  4. Heat the BBQ. Grill the mushroom skewers for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  5. Grill the steak for about 1 minute on each side until the steak is cooked through.
  6. Serve the steak and mushrooms with vegetables, sauce and cooked quinoa.
