What are the omega-3 benefits of cod liver oil?

Möller’s CLO is rich in the omega-3 fatty acids DHA and EPA. DHA  promotes brain and eye health, while EPA maintains normal heart function. Cod liver oil is made from the liver of the Northeast Arctic cod, which is harvested along the Norwegian coast at the end of winter. This cod liver is naturally rich in the long-chained polyunsaturated omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA, which are also found in oily fish, roe and some species of algae.

What are the vitamin D, A and E benefits of cod liver oil?

The vitamin exists in several forms, of which the forms D2 and D3 are most common. D3 has been shown to be easiest absorbed and used in the body.
