Ingredients:
- ½ avocado
- 1 pear
- ½ banana, frozen
- 10–15 almonds
- 2 tbs low-fat cottage cheese
- 0.175 fl oz apple juice
- 1 tsp Möller’s lemon-flavoured Cod Liver Oil
Preparation:
- Mix all the ingredients in a blender. Add more apple juice if required – the consistency should resemble a thin soup.
