Serves: 2
Ingredients:
- 2-3 ripe avocados
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 handful of coriander
- 1 small red onion
- 1 lime
- 1 tsp Möller’s lemon-flavoured Cod Liver Oil
Preparation:
- Cut the avocado in half and remove the flesh with a spoon.
- Put in a bowl and mash.
- Sprinkle with salt and add Möller’s lemon-flavoured Cod Liver Oil.
- Add chopped onion and coriander and more lemon juice, if required.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
